Deployed to Iraq
I wanted to give a Bravo Zulu to Sunny. She was professional, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The most impressive attribute;however was her willingness to help an old retired Hospital Corpsman.Believe me when I say, the great customer service I rec'd today is not
common place in todays society. Please extend my appreciation to Sunny for a job " Well Done".
Everyone Welcome!
The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention the quality of staff that you have working in your department. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Miss Tracey Bush over the past few weeks in trying to sort out some TA issues and I must tell you she is wonderful. I understand that it is her job to assist us in getting things to run smoothly but I can't tell you enough how pleased I have been with her unwavering good nature and attitude each and every time we have corresponded via email, fax, or over the phone. She is an absolute delight because she seems genuinely eager to help and extraordinary efficient when it comes to it. I thought for sure my issue would get drawn out and become some huge hassle, but she proved me wrong and got me everything I needed with the least amount of heartache possible. I simply wanted to take the time to let you know that from my stand point and the ten Active Marines that are here with me, her efforts are noted and very much appreciated. To often our work goes unnoticed and she deserves to know that her job matters, and that the enthusiasm she demonstrates to help is also noted and appreciated. Thank you for your time and please thank Miss Bush for us. Should you with to discuss this matter further or have any questions otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact me by email or phone. Thank you and enjoy your weekend.
We support everyone west of the Mississippi.
