CLEP & DSST Testing
UMUC is a National Testing Center offering computer-based CLEP and DSST tests free to Active Duty Members. Individuals do not need to be a UMUC student to take the tests.

High School Diploma Completion Program
This program is available for Active Duty and family members alike, who need to complete their high school education and earn a diploma.

The MCCS Lifelong Learning Education Centers on Okinawa offer a variety of educational services to Active Duty, family members and civilian employees. There is an Education Center located on every Marine Corps camp. Services include college guidance, active duty tuition assistance, financial aid, testing opportunities and more. We are here to help you attain your education goals. The MCCS library program consists of six libraries and provides services to all military and civilian personnel and their family members on Okinawa. The library collections include more than 150,000 volumes and materials covering informational, cultural, and recreational subjects. The Camp Foster Library contains approximately 45,000 volumes and 300 periodical subscriptions, and offers family and single Marine programs ranging from children’s programs to graduate level research.
