The MCCS Education Center, located in Building 3010, provides a wide-variety of education-related services to the MCLB Albany community including the full range of Marine Corps Lifelong Learning Programs such as Tuition Assistance, Voluntary Education, the Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript (SMART), and the United Services Military Apprenticeship Program (USMAP). Information, counseling, advice, and referral services are available to all active-duty service members, family members, civilian employees, retirees, and others affiliated with MCLB Albany.
